Reagents

• 80g of butter
• 1 egg
• 180g white flour
• 4 ripe bananas
• 150g sugar
• 8g baking soda
• Brazil Nuts and chocolate as wish
• Vanilla Extract / Flavour
• Pinch of salt

Protocol

0. Preheat the oven @ 175 degrees
1. Mash the bananas
2. Whisk the egg and add to the bananas
3. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture
4. Sieve the flour on top of the mixture
5. Add the sugar to the mixture
6. Mix everything together until homogeneous
7. Add chocolate and nuts in chips and mix again
8. Pour in into the tray and bake for ~45m
